Question:  Where is the Final Approach Fix for both of these Approaches?

Answer:  There is no Final approach fix.  When a FAF is not designated (as in both of these approaches), such as on an approach that incorporates an on-airport VOR or NDB, this point is typically where the procedure turn intersects the final approach course inbound. This point is referred to as the final approach point (FAP). So, with both of these approaches, if you do a procedure turn, the final approach fix (FAF) is when you are established on the final approach course for each approach.
