Komanetsky Aviation and Wollard Aviation Team up!

Starting January 1st, 2007, Wollard Aviation (Lysa Wollard) and Komanetsky Aviation (Bill Komanetsky) are teaming up as equal partners to own and operate Ahart Aviation Services in Livermore California.

With Lysa's business savvy and Bill's education and technical experience, both expect Ahart Aviation Services to take off as the premier aviation school in Northern California.

Below is the internal announcement letter describing the partnership of Wollard Aviation and Komanetsky Aviation.

It is with great pleasure that Wollard Aviation (Lysa Wollard) and Komanetsky Aviation (William/Bill Komanetsky) announce an equal partnership in the ownership and management of Ahart Aviation Services (Livermore California U.S.A.) starting January 1st, 2007.

This partnership will allow for the responsibilities and management of Ahart Aviation Services to be distributed amongst the partners for the benefit of both Ahart Aviation Service's customers and employees alike.

Both partners will be responsible for the management and direction of all operations within Ahart Aviation Services, but for clarity, the division of responsibilities between the partners is shown below:

Wollard Aviation – Heather (Lysa) Wollard

  • Management of International Student Programs

  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable including leaseback reports and agreements

  • Processing and management of payroll

  • New Student Orientation

  • Part 141 Inspections/File Maintenance

  • Prospective Student Correspondence

  • Dispatcher and Office Staff Human Resource management

Komanetsky Aviation LLC – William (Bill) Komanetsky

  • CFI/CFII/MEI Hiring/Training/Management/Records

  • Aircraft maintenance management

  • Simulator and Aircraft management

  • Computer hardware/software/network management

  • Website maintenance, design and content

  • Student and CFI/CFII/MEI training programs

  • Chief Pilot responsibilities as defined by the FAA
